• The list has been cleaned of hard bounces and unengaged addresses from the last send, not carried forward blindly.
• Send volume today is consistent with recent history — a sudden ten-times spike from a warmed-up domain is a spam-flag trigger on its own.

• Every image has real alt text, since images are blocked by default in most inboxes and the email should still make sense without them.
• Preview text — the snippet after the subject line — is set deliberately, not left to pull the first line of body copy.
• Tested in at least two real inbox clients, since Gmail and Outlook render differently — not just the sending tool's own preview.
• All links have been clicked, not just visually checked — a broken or wrong link is the most common last-minute miss.

• Unsubscribe link is present, working, and processes within the legally required window.
• Physical mailing address is included if required by the regulations covering your list.
• Suppression list — previous unsubscribes, bounces — is confirmed current for this specific send, not just "usually" current.

• Send time accounts for the list's actual time zone distribution, not just the sender's own time zone.
• A test send has gone to a real inbox on the actual send segment, not just an internal address that skips spam filters differently.
• Someone is available to catch and pause on an obvious error in the first fifteen minutes after send.

A sending reputation takes months to build and one bad send to dent. Run this list every time, not just on the campaigns that feel important.
